Equipment Type

The equipment type is the type of vehicle used to transport the freight from pickup to delivery.

You can view the equipment type on the Details for Order page.

In the sidebar, select Corsair TMS > Order. The Orders page displays a list of all orders.
In the ID column, select the Order ID of an order. The Details for Order page displays.
Above the Locations & Dates section, view the equipment type.

You can edit the equipment type only in orders with Pending order status.

In the sidebar, select Corsair TMS > Order. The Orders page displays a list of all orders.
In the ID column, select the Order ID of an order. The Details for Order page displays.
Above the Locations & Dates section, select the Equipment Type.
Tip
Notice that the pencil icon displays, indicating this is an editable element in Corsair.
In the Equipment Type dialog box, select an equipment type in the drop-down list, and select Done.
At the bottom of the page, select Save Changes.

You can view the equipment type on the Details for Shipment page.

In the sidebar, select Corsair TMS > Shipment. The Shipments page displays a list of all shipments.
In the ID column, select the Shipment ID of a shipment. The Details for Shipment page displays.
Above the Locations & Dates section, view the equipment type.

In the sidebar, select Corsair TMS > Shipment. The Shipments page displays a list of all shipments.
In the ID column, select the Shipment ID of a shipment. The Details for Shipment page displays.
In the Basic Information section, above the Locations & Dates section, select the Equipment Type.
Tip
Notice that the pencil icon displays, indicating this is an editable element in Corsair.
In the Equipment Type dialog box, select an equipment type in the drop-down list, and select Done.
At the bottom of the page, select Save Changes.
