Resend a Shipment Confirmation

Overview

Note

You can resend a shipment confirmation only in shipments with one of the following statuses:

Delivered
In Transit
Booked

You can resend a shipment confirmation via email.

Procedure

In the sidebar, select Corsair TMS > Shipment. The Shipments page displays a list of all shipments.
In the ID column, select the Shipment ID of a shipment. The Details for Shipment page displays.
On the map, select Resend Shipment Confirmation from the drop-down list.
In the Resend Shipment Confirmation dialog box, enter an email address and select Confirm.
