Users

The Users page is where you can view, add, and deactivate users and reset user passwords.

  1. On the Users page, select a user name to view it.

On the Users page, you can search for a specific user using the Search box.

Export your user search result to a CSV file
  1. In the top right corner of the Locations page, select Export Search Result.

  1. In the top right corner of the Users page, select Add a User.

  2. On the User page, enter a username, display name, and email address.

  3. In the Role Assignments section, select Add Role Assignment. The New Role Assignment dialog box displays.

  4. Select a domain, role, and permissions then select Create.

  2. In the top right corner of the User page, select Reassign Domain from the drop-down list.

  3. In the Reassign User dialog box, select a domain and select Confirm.

  2. In the top right corner of the User page, select Reset Password > Yes from the drop-down list.

This feature enables super admins to "impersonate" a user in order to test the user's permissions in the system.

  1. On the Users page, select a user.

  2. In the top right corner of the User page, select Impersonate Test > Yes from the drop-down list.

  3. When you're done testing, at the top of any page, select End Session > Yes.

You can add a role to a user, giving them specific permissions within a domain or subdomain.

  1. On the Users page, select a user.

  2. On the User page, select Add Role Assignment. The Role Assignment page displays.

  3. On the Role Assignment page, select the permissions and select Create.

Note

After you delete a user, you can view them on the Deactivated Users tab.

  2. In the top right corner of the User page, select Delete > Yes from the drop-down list.
