Reference Numbers
You can add invoice numbers that are specific to shippers and carriers as reference numbers. The reference numbers are then searchable.
You can view the reference numbers specific to an order on its Details for Order page.
In the Reference Numbers section, view the reference numbers in the order.
On the Details for Order page, you can add, copy, and delete reference numbers in an order.
In the Reference Numbers section, select Add Reference Number.
Select a reference number type in the Reference Number Type drop-down list.
Add a number in the field labeled Reference Number Value.
Select Done.
You can copy a reference number so you can paste it in another location in Corsair or another software program without having to retype it.
In the Reference Numbers section, select
next to the reference number you want to copy.
The reference number is copied to the clipboard so you can paste it elsewhere.
In the Reference Numbers section, select the reference number you want to delete.
Tip
Notice that the pencil icon displays, indicating this is an editable element in Corsair.
Select Delete.
You can view the reference numbers specific to a shipment on its Details for Shipment page.
In the Reference Numbers section, view the reference numbers in the shipment.

In the Reference Numbers section, select Add Reference Number.

While the Reference Numbers section displays the reference numbers associated directly with the shipment, the Additional Reference Numbers section displays the reference numbers that belong to each order associated with the shipment. This way, both categories of reference numbers are kept separate for clarity.
In the Additional Reference Numbers section, you can view the reference numbers that belong to each order associated with the shipment.
Note
Since these reference orders are associated with the orders, they're read-only on this page, But you can still select
next to a reference number to copy it if needed.If you want to edit or delete these reference numbers, you must do it on the Details for Order page that they were originally added to.
