Create a Customer Routed Order

Note

You can change the Customer Routed status only in orders with Pending status.

An order with a Customer Routed status means the shipper has handed all control of the shipment over to another party, such as a 3PL.

When you're initially creating an order, you have the option to make the new order customer routed at that time. But you can also do it later on the order's Details for Order page.

Procedure
  1. In the Basic Information section, select Yes for Customer Routed Order.
