Request Required Documents for a Shipment
There are shipping-related documents commonly shared by carriers via API such as Bill of Lading (BOL) and Proof of Delivery (POD, also known as a delivery receipt). You can set any of these documents as being required to be posted in Corsair before all the fees associated with a shipment are paid.
At any point after the shipment is booked, you can send a request to the carrier to send you one or more of the required documents. If you have a carrier direct integration set up, you can try retrieving required documents outside of the regular API request schedule.
Note
You can request the required documents only in shipments with one of the following statuses:
Booked
In Transit
Delivered
Complete
Request required documents
On the map, select Request Documents from the drop-down list.

If any required documents are retrieved, they're added to the Documents section on the Details for Shipment page.
