Overview
The itinerary is a comprehensive view of the freight's journey from origin to destination, including all stops along the way.
You can view the itinerary on the Details for Order page.
Procedures
View the shipment ID associated with an order
You can view the shipment ID of any shipment associated with an order.
In the Order Itinerary section, view the Shipment ID associated with the order.
View the shipment details in an order
You can view the details of any shipment associated with an order.
In the Order Itinerary section, select View Full Shipment Details.
