Mark a Shipment as Not Delivered

Overview

Note

You can assign only Delivered shipments as Not Delivered.

If a shipment was incomplete upon arrival at the destination or didn't arrive, you can assign it as Not Delivered.

Procedure

In the sidebar, select Corsair TMS > Shipment. The Shipments page displays a list of all shipments.
In the ID column, select the Shipment ID of a shipment. The Details for Shipment page displays.
On the map, select Not Delivered from the drop-down list. The shipment status changes to In Transit.
