Clients
The Clients page is where you can view and add clients as subdomains under your (parent) domain. For example, as a 3PL, you can add your clients and grant each of them limited access to Corsair.
On the Clients page, view the list of clients.
On the Clients page, you can search for a specific client using the Search box.

In the top right corner of the Clients page, select Add Client.
Enter the client information and select Create. See the "Add Client Field Descriptions" below for more information about the client fields.
Add Client Field Descriptions

Basic Information section | |
Name | The name of the client. |
Natural ID | The Natural ID is automatically created as you enter the client name. NoteYou can edit the Natural ID only while creating the client and before selecting Create. After the client is created, the Natural ID is permanent, even if the client name changes. |
BOL Number Prefix | Each shipment is assigned a unique BOL number with a client-specific prefix. Enter the 4-digit alphanumeric prefix you want associated with this client. |
Enabled Modules | Select the Corsair modules you want your client to access. |
Parent | The parent domain. |
Active | The subdomain's status under the parent domain. Set to Yes by default. |

Default Bill To Address | The default bill to address that the subdomain has in Corsair. |
Sharing Email Defaults | The default email address(s) used for sharing shipment tracking information. |
Financials |

Cost Allocation | Select a cost allocation strategy for the client. For more information, see Cost Allocation in a multi-stop shipment. |
Freight Allowance Enabled | Enable or disable freight allowance. For more information, see Set a freight allowance amount. |
Shipment Workflow Rule | |
Require Both Arrival And Departure On Stops | Set a shipment workflow rule to require the actual arrival and departure times for shipments. |
A parent domain can access and administer the information for any of its clients (subdomains).
On the Clients page, select a client.
When the change domain message displays, select Continue. The homepage of the client (subdomain) displays.
Edit and save the client information.
