Customer Routed Orders

Note

You can change the Customer Routed status only in orders with Pending status.

An order with a Customer Routed status means the shipper has handed all control of the shipment over to another party, such as a 3PL.

You can change the status to Customer Routed on the Details for Order page.

  1. In the Basic Information section, select Yes for Customer Routed Order.
