Customer Routed Orders

You can change the Customer Routed status only in orders with Pending status.

An order with a Customer Routed status means the shipper has handed all control of the shipment over to another party, such as a 3PL.

You can change the status to Customer Routed on the Details for Order page.

In the sidebar, select Corsair TMS > Order. The Orders page displays a list of all orders.
In the ID column, select the Order ID of an order. The Details for Order page displays.
In the Basic Information section, select Yes for Customer Routed Order.
At the bottom of the page, select Save Changes.
