Manage Carrier Messaging
Overview
You can use the carrier messaging feature to send email or SMS messages to carriers regarding shipment updates, questions, coordination, and such.
This type of communication helps you resolve shipment issues more quickly and reduces phone calls and email chains with carriers.
Note
Carrier messaging is available only to Corsair users who have a sender account.
In the sidebar, select Settings > Carrier Messaging. The Carrier Messaging Settings page displays.
